Cleansing and Toning is a Daily Routine that is Highly Recommend!
Our skin experiences pollution throughout the day which can asphyxiate if not removed. We also excrete oils, and, sweat excess salts and toxins. There are different textures of cleansers available from a milky lotion to a rinse off face wash suited to different skin types.
The use of soap is strongly discouraged at all times as it is alkaline and will destroy the skins natural protective barrier function.
