We recommend you cleanse & tone your skin twice daily for a variety of reasons. Our skin attracts pollution throughout the day which can asphyxiate if not removed. We also excrete oils, and, sweat excess salts and toxins. There are different textures of cleansers available from a milky lotion to a rinse off face wash. The use of soap is strongly discouraged at all times as it is alkaline and will destroy the skins natural protective barrier function.
The following are top favourites; Gatineau Refreshing Cleansing Cream, Gatineau Floracil Eye Make-up Remover, Phytomer Perfect Visage Gentle Cleansing Milk and Mary Cohr Fresh Cleansing Cream. A toner is recommended after cleansing to refresh the skin and remove any last traces of cleanser.
