EMPHASISES THE EYES: A perfect line to emphasise and accentuate the eyes. The tapered brush allows a fine line to be drawn along the edge of the eye lids. The treatment formula is suitable for all eyes, even the most sensitive.APPLICATION: With the index finger stretch the skin at the corner of the eye outwards and draw a fine line with the Precision Liner along the base of the upper and/or lower lashes.
FINISH: For a sophisticated more dramatic look apply a dark eye shadow over the eye liner to finish.
ADDITIONAL TIPS: The line may be thicker, depending on the result required.
