From time to time we reserve the right to change our delivery service. As part of our excellent service we have a temporary promotion promoting Free Standard Delivery on all orders for a limited time only. This offer is only available in the UK. All our current terms and costs for delivery apply. Offer available from 19th Feb 2008. The Beauty Room reserve the right to change and amend this promotion at any time.

Any Orders over £50 will receive FREE delivery costs. Orders under this amount will be charged at the rate of £2.95 within the UK only.

We will endeavor to dispatch all product orders on the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. This only applies on normal business days, i.e. Monday–Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders can ONLY be delivered within the UK.

Although we take great effort in supplying your products as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary.

* Special Delivery – The cost of this service is only available for packages up to a maximum weight of 10kg. Please note we will make every effort to get your order out on the same day for orders placed before 12 noon.

For orders over the value of £50, Special Delivery charges will be £2.00.

Recorded Delivery (Signed for)

We recommend Royal Mail Recorded delivery for all orders being delivered to a business address. This allows for orders to be signed for upon receipt.

If you are sending ANY items to a serving member of the armed forces, there is a fixed cost of £2.95 to anywhere in the world (including UK).

Delivery Information

  1. All orders under the value of £50 are dispatched via Royal Mail Postage at £2.95, unless recipient has chosen recorded or special delivery.
  2. All orders over the value of £50 are dispatched via Royal Mail Postage FREE OF CHARGE, unless recipient has chosen recorded or special delivery.
  3. All our products are dispatched via Royal Mail Postage with the exception of orders over the weight of 2kg. These are dispatched via TNT.
  4. All purchasers have the option to choose Special Delivery allowing a guaranteed next day delivery as long as the order is received before 12 noon (business working days only Monday - Thursday).
  5. Due to the nature of the products most parcels cannot be posted through letterboxes. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a card will be left advising of the attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or alternatively collection via the nearest depot.
  6. For non-collected parcels via Royal Mail Depots, these will be returned to The Beauty Room after a three-week period.
  7. Parcels can only be posted to recipients within the UK and Northern Ireland.
  8. For orders to a business working address we would recommend choosing first class recorded delivery for an extra £0.68p. All goods need to be signed for allowing for traceability.

The Beauty Room Product Packaging

All products arrive wrapped in tissue within a Beauty Room gift box. With the exception of an order that may fit into a letterbox, this will be packed into a jiffy bag.
