- Please read these Terms and Conditions ("the Conditions") carefully before entering any Contract of Sale with The Beauty Room. Your attention is drawn to Conditions 10 and 11, which exclude or limit The Beauty Room's liability to the customer.

- 2. Prices
- All product prices shown on The Beauty Room Website are stated inclusive of VAT. The rate of VAT charged on the products you buy from The Beauty Room is determined by reference to your billing address. If your billing address is in the EU (for example, Eire) then VAT at 17.5% will be charged. If your billing address is outside the EU (for example, the Channel Islands) you will be not be charged VAT. The VAT rate applied and amount of VAT charged appears at the bottom of your shopping bag and will be clearly indicated on the invoice we issue to you.
- 3. Delivery and Charges
- We currently only deliver within the UK. Due to reasons of security and potential fraud we do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes, Hotels, Motels etc. Please contact us if you would like to arrange such deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- 4. Ordering With The Beauty Room
- You can order products online at The Beauty Room Website following the order process or alternatively by placing your order by surface mail, telephone or fax. When you order online you will be asked to check all your order details before placing your order by clicking on the 'Purchase Now' button. Once you have ordered on-line, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.
- 5. Payment
- We accept the following methods of payment online: MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards, Maestro, Switch, Delta debit cards; Credit and debit cards are the preferred payment method. Orders using these payment methods are processed immediately.
- 6. Right to Cancel the Contract
- When you purchase goods from The Beauty Room you will be entering into a distance-selling contract with us. You have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You will be required by the terms of the contract, to return the goods to The Beauty Room. In such cases and, provided the goods are received according to our Returns Procedure, we will reimburse the cost of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation being made. If we have to collect the goods from you, we will be entitled to recover the cost of collection from you.
- 8. Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have provided to us. You are entitled to see your personal information held by us. You can do so by making a request via e-mail to info@thebeautyroom.co.uk.
- 9. Security
- When you enter any personal details on The Beauty Room Website you will be entering a completely secure environment. When purchasing goods by credit or debit card your details are encrypted and sent via a secure link to be authorised by the appropriate card issuer. We do not retain any of your card details whatsoever on The Beauty Room Website. You will need to re-enter your card details for each new order you place.
